Preaching Still Belongs to the Church
With Dr. David A. Davis of Nassau Presbyterian Church, Princeton, New Jersey
On October 13, 2005, close to one hundred pastors and other church leaders attended our Fall Preaching Conference. The day included an opening worship service, two lectures by our guest, David Davis, and an interview and question period with Dr. Davis conducted by CTS President Neal Plantinga.
Those who attended this year's seminar expressed great appreciation for being able to hear from a speaker who is himself still engaged in the weekly task of writing new sermons for a congregation. In addition to his Ph.D. in homiletics, Dr. Davis has twenty years of experience in being a preaching pastor.
